Fees & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of £450 to £1,500(depends of the course) is required for all accredited courses on application for a course. Receipt of which will secure a place on the required course. Balance of course fee is required no later than 7 ito 14 days prior to start of the course. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your place with no refund of booking fee. If for any reason, you, the learner, does not complete course, you will still be liable for full fee to be paid. Aestethics Beauty Academy reserved the right to seek redress through the courts if necessary. Full fee is required on application for all workshops. All fees for workshops are non-refundable or transferable unless under special circumstances agreed by Aesthetics Beauty Academy in writing.
Refunds
Fees paid are strictly non-refundable or transferable.
The final balance is due 2 weeks before your training starts. There is no refund for missed attendances at any of our courses. Booking fees, deposits and other payments are non-transferable. In extreme circumstances Aesthetics Beauty Academy reserves rights to re-schedule courses.
Late Payment Fee
Aesthetics Beauty Academy Reserves the right to change, amend or cancel a student’s training or charge a £50 late payment fee for any fees, which are not received by the deadline.
What Your Fee Covers
Your fees cover: starter kit, marketing materials, training script, teaching/training, registration, examination, assessment and certification.
Packages are not SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Re-sitting exams or additional training/assessment days
If you are required to re-attend an assessment day, due to not being able to achieve the required competency to pass within the duration of your course, you will be charged £350 + VAT for re-sit of exam or re-take an assessment day. In the unlikely event that you feel you require additional training days in order to achieve the required competency, you will be charged £450 + VAT for each additional day of training.
Cancellation
Fees paid are strictly non-refundable or transferable.
Cancellation or reschedule of course made by Aesthetics Beauty Academy
We will endeavour to avoid any changes to our courses, however if we have to cancel and schedule a course, we will notify learners as soon as possible, we will either transfer you to the next available course or offer a full refund for course fee paid.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The copying of any course material is strictly forbidden. Aesthetics Beauty Academy is a private training provider and all course materials and information, remains the exclusive property of Aesthetics Beauty Academy.

Aesthetics Beauty Academy operates an Equal opportunity and Safeguarding policies and will not tolerate any discrimination in any form. Aesthetics Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse to teach any learner who does not comply and will ask learner to leave course with no right to a refund of any fees.
Local Authority License
To carry Microblading you will need a licence. You will require to speak to your local authority to see what their regulations are as it differs from region to region. Aesthetics Beauty Academy is not responsible for this process.
Disclaimer
Please note that our class is suitable for complete beginners in Microblading, qualified beauty therapists (level 3 and above) and medical professionals. Professional insurance is required to carry out Permanent Make-up.
Aesthetics Beauty Academy is not responsible for the suitability and progress of students attending our intensive courses. Our training courses are available to all members of the public and it is not necessary to hold a beauty background. However, we do advise our prospective students to attend an eyebrow design course prior to studying eyebrow microblading and micropigmentation as this is not included in the curriculum. In the unlikely event a student does not feel the course is suitable to their requirements and does not wish to complete the training Aesthetics Beauty Academy will not refund any of the fees.
